#6 The Customer

The Customer 

In this part, we had to describe our customer giving a biography of our person, her/his lifestyle, a day of his/her normal life and the reason why he/she wants our product. 

Name: Laura Collins
Nickname: "Lava Girl"
Age: 22 years old
Nationality: British 
Occupation: Ex Guitarist of "The Bones Band"
Passion: Play the guitar 
Hobbies: Teach young people how to play the guitar

Favorite:     
        Band: Guns N' Roses
        Guitarist: Slash
        Color: Red and black
        Food: Mexican food, "tacos"
Goals: To have a tour around Europe with her band. 

Laura Collins was a charismatic and crazy girl. She used to be in a Rock Band, "The Bones", they used to play every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in different bars around England. In the afternoon she used to teach teenagers how to play the guitar. For many people she was unique, thats why the first month of 2016, a famous company invited her band to be part of the "Rockenland Fest", they were super excited about this opportunity. Two days later, in their way to the place where she used to teach, she was walking when a person lost the control of her car, and ran over Laura. She was hospitalized for one week, unfortunately she lost her left hand. 

Now, Laura is not in her band anymore, in the mornings she is working in a cafeteria in London, she is spending her free time and money in concerts. She is not teaching anymore but sometimes her ex students sent her some messages of questions and of course she reply to all of them. In her weekends she is reading books or navigating in internet. Some nights she is trying to find any new opportunity that let her play the guitar again with her favorite one, the red one, that is always next to her bed, she called it "Volcano", her band gave to her after their first performance in one of the bars.

Guitar Friend gives her the opportunity to let her play the guitar again and feel again her "Volcano" (her favorite guitar). Even that she losts one of her hands, Guitar Friend let her to continue doing what she likes: playing the guitar in her band and teaching. She could teach her students and invite them to know "Guitar Friend" as a easy way to learn how to play the guitar.
